Mandy Drommer has worked in the mediation field for over 20 years. Fourteen of these years were spent managing multidisciplinary teams at a senior level. In 2017 Mandy established WA Family Mediation Services as the principal mediator and director.

Mandy is an accredited NMAS Mediator; registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner; Hague Convention Cross Border Mediator; Coach and has a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

In collaboration with other mediators, Mandy has produced several booklets and DVD’s. She is an accomplished speaker having presented at various industry conferences, been an invited guest speaker at universities and delivered custom made training on conflict resolution and communication skills to government organisations and workplaces. Mandy is an adjudicator at the annual grand final Schools Conflict Resolution and Mediation competition; as well as being on a number of industry reference groups and steering committees. Mandy is an experienced coach and mentor in the areas of leadership, supervision and workplace culture.

Mandy’s mediation style is mostly facilitative with elements of coaching to open future possibilities. Mediation is conducted in a respectful, practical and solution-oriented approach. Witnessing firsthand the impact changes can have on children, parents and grandparents following a separation, Mandy strongly believes effective communication reduces the potential for conflict.
